Customer Information & Requests for Information SecureDAM strives to protect its customers' information and personally identifiable information stored on or transmitted through its computer network. Please carefully review our Privacy Policy . Ordinarily, SecureDAM will not disclose any confidential information, including customer information or information stored on or transmitted through our computer network, except when (i) required pursuant to a valid court order or subpoena, (ii) we believe the disclosure of such information may prevent bodily injury or death or serious harm to a person or their property or (iii) as otherwise required by law.
